1. Do not use hot or warm water to wash your hair.
2. If you have long hair, first wash your hair with your own shampoo. After rinsing, pour a coin-sized amount of Scalp Cleanse onto your scalp and vigorously massage to produce foam, covering the entire scalp area.
3. Use your nail tips instead of fingertips to lightly scrape the scalp for a few seconds. Leave on the scalp for 3-5 minutes before rinsing clean.
4. After drying the scalp, evenly spray Conditioning Emulsion onto the scalp and use your nail tips or a comb with firm bristles to scrape the scalp until it feels slightly warm before stopping.
5. Do not rinse off the Conditioning Emulsion after that.
6. Scalp Cleanse has to be used at least once a day, while Conditioning Emulsion should be used at least twice a day. It can also be sprayed onto dry scalp even if you don't wash your hair.
